Faizan Masood

Faizan is an engineer by training: a mechatronics engineering background, doctoral research applying machine learning to large scientific datasets, and several years building artificial intelligence systems and large-scale data pipelines, including property-data systems that reconcile millions of county records.

OffMarketLab is his application of that discipline to real estate investor software, a market reviewed almost entirely by sites that recycle vendor marketing. Every brief on this site follows the published methodology: primary sources, dated citations, and public-records verification.
